Honda CR-Z – it’s a big hit in Japan
Honda did plan on selling around a thousand of their all-new hybrid Honda CR-Z a month but that was a serious under-estimation. In the first month of sales for the Honda CR-Z in Japan around 10,000 orders have been received.
The Honda CR-Z is the world’s first six-speed manual transmission hybrid car and in the first month 40% of the of all Honda CR-Z sales were for the manual transmission.
The Honda CR-Z also comes with a unique 3-Mode Drive System that maximises a driver’s choice and enhances the driving experience.

Honda was planning on annual global sales of between 40,000 and 50,000 CR-Z models but that’s a figure that now looks as though it needs to be revised upwards.
